I can't visualize how a Wiki would work in this scenario, a Ticketing
System seems the obvious choice surely? Possibly a forum at best,
where the initial poster presents the problem and the replies are "us
Linux experienced" people replying with which chocolate would entice
them to fix it?

If there is enough PHP/SQL type coders on mailing list we could make
our own bespoke Web App for this... and in true Open-Source style
release the source so other projects can us it on their websites?
