I'd have to agree.. Really, a simple website like Wordpress (which DOES provide multiple user management for posting/editing etc., Dave) for publishing news and articles (K.I.S.S.) and then the mailing list/IRC for discussion. Adding every different type of communications method (i.e. Forums etc.) under the sun, really adds complexity that a (relatively small) group of individuals can support. If we were twice the count in members, then perhaps we'd have enough to keep the website/mailing-list/IRC AND forums active. As it stands, there just doesn't appear to be enough members.
