Anyone running virtual servers with Open Filer SAN? I'm thinking of trying to run mobile thin clients with virtual terminal servers (on vmware) with an openfiler iscsi SAN. I'd be interested in anyone's experience of combining any server vitrualisation (if terminal servers then great!) with the openfiler configured as san.

Cheers, qny pitfalls or quirks you know of - how reliable the openfiler SAN was that soft of thing. It's for home use but the missus will bitch at me big time if it's not reliable! Learning exercise for me too, going to virtaulised servers at work - emc vnx though not openfiler!

We're starting to use it at work now to replace Open-E. Mainly because it has better support for more RAID cards and does AoE (we're sick of iSCSI).
