New logo looks fine to me. 20 years ago I and (mainly) another member designed a logo for Stafford Bridge Club incorporating the 4 card suits with the 'Stafford' knot. I was told very seriously by a member with legal experience that we should get permission from Lord Stafford to use the knot as it was the property of ' the family'. We did nothing & I think its still in use with no complaints. At the absolute worst you could be asked to 'desist' and then change it. I was always of the opinion that 'It's better to ask forgiveness than permission'. -- Iain
