Lo, Probably a veeery long shot, but does anyone want to go to FOSDEM 2020?  https://fosdem.org/2020/ It's in Brussels!  But I've been before (Brussels not FOSDEM) and it's not that bad a journey via the channel tunnel, about 2 hours from London.
