Hello Richard, I think one of the most valuable kinds of support is for people switching over is to just sit with them for a while, encouraging them to explore and gain confidence. This is also a thing I and my family can do. So, potentially, maybe, some of us could visit a Repair Cafe sometimes to do this? We don't have capacity this side of Christmas. And we live in Stoke, so Macc isn't that close. But it's definitely something to look at.
